Shipping policy

Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation. The Boifun team ships Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 2–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on Monday.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Availability

Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.
We are unable to provide delivery services outside the listed countries.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number via email.
You can also view the tracking number in your account.
If there are any shipment delays, we will contact you by email.

Important Notes

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. During peak seasons or when selecting expedited shipping, please use a physical address.
You may be responsible for import duties or taxes on international orders. Some shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges or delays, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
