Cannot find the pairing button?
The pairing button is the call button of the camera.Long press the button for 3 seconds,and follow the step instructions of the display.(To enter the pairing interface of the display,press the Menu button on the display screen,and select >Camera Management)
What if the monitor screen is stuck and it doesn't work while pressing any buttons?
Press the reset button of your monitor with the pin,and then long press the power button of your monitor to restart it.
Why I can't get the notifications with my cell phone App when I connect the camera to the monitor?
Please confirm that the App has been running on the phone,and the relevant reminder function has been opened;Message notification and outhority confirmation in the mobile phone system has been opened.
How can l add devices or configure my network?
The camera can be connected to both the monitor and the application.Generally,it connects to the monitor by defaut.
The sound and cry detection function does not work.
The sound detection interval is 1 minute,after the sound triggers the alarm,the interval is 1 minute again to avold frequent alarms.The cry detection function can detect most babies crying.This function uses a sound filtering algorithm,so some crying may not trigger the "cry detection"function;Please follow the steps below to connect the camera to the application.
1. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is a 24GHz network,as the camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
2. Download the appropriate application on your phone.Register a new account to sign in or sign in indirectly.
3. Press the Reset button to reboot the camera untl the red status light flashes slowly (you must connect the camera to the app within 2 minutes or you must reboot the camera again).
4. Follow the step-by-step instructions on your smartphone to add the screen and scan the QR code with the camera.

We love our Boifun baby monitor. So easy to use and the added option of using the mobile app is very convenient. The app is so clear + nice to add the SD card to keep the last 24 hours recording. Unfortunately our camera did stop working but having registered it Boifun was super quick in sending out a replacement. Would highly recommend.

We love our Boifun baby monitor! Its so handy to be able to have the portable monitor, as well as being able to use the app to see baby. There are so many customizable featuresvolume, dimness, night light, time, temperature, humidity, alerts, etc. Im very impressed with the video quality, especially during the night mode.
Weve tried multiple baby cameras over the years, but none have come close to the quality of this one. The video is crystal clear, both during the day and at nightthe night vision is excellent and provides real peace of mind. The audio is very clear as well, and I love that the camera automatically detects motion and turns toward any noise.
Another feature that stands out is the temperature display, which is so helpful in making sure the nursery stays comfortable. The monitor itself is reliable, easy to use, and the battery holds up really well compared to others weve owned.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend the Boifun Baby Camera to anyone looking for a dependable and high-quality baby monitor.
Early days with this monitor screen and camera but the initial set up is incredibly simple.
Many settings in the monitor menu, including movement alert, noise alerts with sensitivity levels and remote camera operation. Connects to internet to view on your phone.
The monitor is about the size of a decent smart phone and the camera has two "antenna" and resembles a little alien character. They are both in a very nice sage / duck egg green colour and appears to be well made and a decent quality. The camera is able to be moved by remote control approx. 360' and also tilts up and down so it able to be used in various ways.
My only small issue was the length of the usb / usb c charging cable. I opted for a stand alone mount away from the cot and the cable was not long enough to reach the 240v socket when I wanted to use the stand at full height and I needed to lower the stand to 3/4 height. I have ordered a new charging cable and this should solve this issue.
